Returns and Refunds: Customers may ask for a refund of items, except intimates and underwear, via email at yoursignbaby@gmail.com within the following 15 days of purchase. Products must be delivered in perfect conditions in order to qualify as a refund. All shipping costs, taxes or related costs will be borne by the customer. Money refunds can take up to 30 days after receiving the product pack in our offices and will depend on bank terms and conditions. YOUR SIGN BABY is not responsible for any damages that may be caused during the return of the product. All assistance for refunds will take place via email.
