1. Services Provided: YOUR SIGN BABY provides an online platform for the purchase of fashion items.

2. Product Purchases: Customers must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by YOUR SIGN BABY when making purchases.

3. Payment Terms: Pricing details, taxes, and accepted payment methods are outlined during the checkout process. 

4. Shipping and Delivery: YOUR SIGN BABY follows specific shipping and delivery policies with estimated delivery times provided before purchase. Orders of available products can take from 1 - 5 business days (Mexico City), from 2 - 5 business days (other states in Mexico) and 5 - 20 business days or more (for international orders, depending on each country) after validating the payment. Pre-orders can take from 4 - 8 weeks depending on each item.

5. Returns and Refunds: Customers may ask for a refund of items, except intimates, via email at yoursignbaby@gmail.com within the following 15 days of purchase. Products must be delivered in perfect conditions in order to qualify as a refund. All shipping costs, taxes or related costs will be borne by the customer. Money refunds can take up to 30 days after receiving the product pack in our offices and will depend on bank terms and conditions. YOUR SIGN BABY is not responsible for any damages that may be caused during the return of the product. All assistance for refunds will take place via email.
